‘Simply terrifying’: Footage from around the world shows protests at US embassies

Sky News host Liz Storer says the footage emerging from all around the world showing protests at US embassies is “simply terrifying”. Israel declared a state of war on October 7 following a surprise attack from Hamas in which the Palestinian militant group fired thousands of rockets as far north as Tel Aviv. “We are looking at the possibility of several ‘Benghazi’s just blowing up in our faces any second,” Ms Storer told Sky News host James Macpherson. “We’re talking Iraq, Jordan, Turkey, Lebanon. “That footage that we just showed there we could just times it by ten – people are gathering in great numbers outside these US embassies and making sure their presence is very well known.”
