Follow along with me in this Total Full Upper Body Workout using Dumbbells Only! This workout activates your arms, shoulders, and back to tone and sculpt that Upper Body. The exercises can be made beginner friendly by scaling your weight. Here I used 10lb dumbbells ( I ONLY used this weight because it was all I could purchase at the time, 8lbs would have been ideal for me).
