Mobile robot SCOUT family at SEMICON Europa 2015

Roth & Rau - Ortner presented its mobile robots with automated handling applications at SEMICON Europa 2015, the flagship trade fair for the European semiconductor industry. The visitors got a live experience of three mobile robots. Besides the SCOUT®active for transporting and handling of 200mm open cassettes and SCOUT®triax for Reticle Pods, we introduced SCOUT®triax300, a mobile robot that can not only transport 300mm FOUPs, but can also handle those.
