It’s important to clarify that this isn’t just an editing job; I’m seeking partners and collaborators rather than employees. The goal is for everyone involved to benefit from this collaboration. Since the group is collaborative, compensation will currently be in the form of skill exchange, bartering, marketing assistance, revenue sharing, percentage of future earnings, resources or equipment, and future paid work. The main appeal of this content house is for each person to have a team of editors ready to work on their projects and grow together.
