DotA - Arc Warden is Overpowered (Ownage)

Me owning some people with the hero Arc Warden, new from , and showing that he is very overpowered. All of this was played in . In he got nerfed a bit, but it changes almost nothing. I expect him to get nerfed more very soon. This is a hero who is good at every stage of the game. By level 7, he can one shot most heroes (the main exception is blinkers) when they are alone for about 200 mana (it varies because of the ult’s mana cost which is based on current mana).
