Presentation of the yacht ’USS Potomac’ to Danny Thomas - Elvis’ way of helping St. Jude Children’s Hospital; he donated it to them to sell as a fund raiser and it was sold during the same year for $75,000. The presentation was done on February 14th, 1964 in Long Beach, CA and along with other media, even a film crew was there to capture the event.
