A film crew from the LWT-produced and Melvyn Bragg-fronted ‘The South Bank show’ were in town to capture TALKING HEADS writing and recording songs that would contribute to their increasingly extraordinary body of work. The pivotal question to be answered here was whether the band were transforming the shape of rock ‘n’ roll or creating art — or both. The footage includes a dynamite version of the classic PSYCHO KILLER. Follow DECADE - - celebrating the SOUNDS of 1977 – 1987 – NEW WAVE, POST-PUNK PUNK, EARLY SYNTH, SKA, GOTH & INDIE
