Deep Purple - Bombay Calling (Live 1995)

The recording was originally by Indian TV, who made an admirable job of it. It’s a good, solid, multi-camera production which captures the wonderful atmosphere of the band’s first visit to India. According to the sleevenotes, the tapes were discovered lying forgotten (what, after only four years??) in a cardboard box in November 1999. 01 Introduction 02 Fireball 02:10 03 Maybe I’m A Leo 06:25 04 Black Night 11:32 05 The Battle Rages On 18:17 06 Woman From Tokyo 24:55 07 Purpendicular Waltz 31:46 08 When A Blind Man Cries 37:26 09 Perfect Strangers 44:25 10 Pictures Of Home 51:23 11 Child In Time 57:27 12 Anya 1:06:58 13 Space Truckin’ 1:17:49 14 Guitar Solo 1:20:20 15 Lazy 1:24:03 16 Speed King 1:30:23 17 Highway Star 1:38:17 18.
