Gary Thain and Uriah Heep in Auckland 1st December 1974

This concert seems to be forgotten about and certainly missed on gig dates regarding Uriah Heep. These photos are from a family member of Gary’s who flew to Auckland especially to see his one and only concert with Uriah Heep in his home country of New Zealand. Gary’s parents also attended this concert, their heads can be seen in one of the shots on the right-hand side. These are the last known photos of Gary playing with Uriah Heep. Rest in Peace to our Aunty Rita (Garys’ Mum) who passed away 22nd January 2010, a sweet & wonderful lady.
