Leaders from the 21-member Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation economies are gathering in San Francisco for the 30th APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting. Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Joe Biden will meet for bilateral talks on the sidelines of the APEC.
