Keigo Abe Shihan Seminar - Christchurch, New Zealand 2012 (DAY TWO)

Here is a video of the second lesson of Keigo Abe Shihan’s May 5th & 6th (2012) Seminars in Christchurch, New Zealand. Please check day one (essential kihon). We practiced jiyu kumite, Bassai-sho and Bassai-sho kata kumite no bunkai on this day. Overall, a wonderful two days of training with Abe Shihan—he truly is “the Best Karate teacher“. It reminded me of training in his classes with Asai/Matsuno JKA back in the early 1990s (in Ebisu, Tokyo). On kind request, at the airport from Abe Shihan, I asked him to teach Bassai-sho as it is his kata and Lyall Sensei wanted him to teach you very much Abe Shihan for a training that took me back to my time at JKA Sohonbu Dojo in the 90’s!
