“South Park Best of Cousin Elvin” is a semi-obscure screamer video. While the earliest YouTube upload dates back to August 23rd 2010, it’s believed that the video originated from much earlier and possibly from a separate website. It depicts a stereotypical “best of” style video featuring the South Park side character Elvin Cartman, cousin to the character Eric Cartman.
