Sisyphus in apathy

I made this one after having the first major Sisyphus experience in my life. Links: Man, my melodies are getting crazy. The problem is that I write them half-consciously 99% of the time, which leads to moments when they clash so hard that I’m ready to scream in pain. I also feel weird about the mixing of this track. On one hand, the main things don’t interfere each other and are mostly not hard to hear. On the other hand, did you notice that there are two different arps? Did you notice that the piano is doubled by a synth? Could you hear that simple melody during the middle part? Also the mastering of this song could be a lot better, but I don’t know a single thing about mastering other than that I should put a compressor so the sound doesn’t get over 0. #drumandbass #breakcore #dnb #breakcoretypebeat
