This is the brand new 50 Calibre Minigun and it’s Beautiful It’s Called the 503D and it’s made by Dillon Aero Inc , the same minds behind the M134D, one of the fastest firing and most reliable weapons in history. This Absolute monster has an insane fire rate of 1500 rounds per minute or 25 rounds a second. That may pale in comparison to the likes of the AK-630M1-2s 10k rpm but remember those are 50 Cal bullets its pushing out. The 503D is powered using the same electric drive and gun control architecture as the m134D too so this reliability should continue. So how much does it cost to fire this thing? Well 50 Cal bullets bought in bulk can be found for around $5 a bullet so a full minute of firing this thing would cost you $7,500 meaning in just under 8 minutes you can tally up an ammo bill the same value as the median US Salary. This thing is still somewhat under development but has been confirmed to be usable on land sea and air meaning no where is safe from this thing.
