For GBR run with 0% pierce, MoM uniform clear time is so much worse compared to DoDS uniform because of terrible CTP of Rage proc consistency. This might happen quite often whenever you use MoM uniform in any game mode. The same problem will not present with DoDS uniform because it has Guaranteed Critical Rate buff which helps CTP of Rage proc activation more consistent.
