Pillow Case Cover, Set up, Ideas: For Your Massage Table Head Rest, Face Cradle

There are many different ways to cover your massage table headrest or face cradle with a pillowcase!! I am sure there are several other folding styles, but these are the ones I use most. It may seem like a slow process when you are first trying to learn, but you will speed up significantly with practice. I am not a big fan of fitted cradle covers because they may fit funky or not give any slack around the nose/forehead area, which I find super annoying.. If you use additional padding such as, memory foam or fleece covers then the covers will lay weird and might not be comfortable for your massage client. This is why pillow cases are my preferred choice. They also gives you an extra piece of material to use for draping the chest while performing abdominal work! Save on laundry!!
