Bagua Spear

This program covers basic movements of Bagua Spear. It is divided into 5 sections: (1) Introduction, (2) Demonstration of Bagua Spear routine, (3) Basic knowledge of Bagua Spear, (4) Bagua Spear instruction, (5) Movements demonstration. Master ZhiJun Sun was born in Chengjia village, Shen county of Hebei. He was direct inheritor of master Cheng, YouXin. Liu, Ziyang & Cheng, Yousheng were both his teacher. He passed 8th level wushu evaluation. He is good at Cheng style Bagua & Hsing-I.
