Sonic Adventure RTX Remix (Experimental)

Heavily, heavily, heavily experimental. Many visual bugs and glitches, and only really playable (with good lighting) on Emerald Coast and nothing else. With enough work, this could really get somewhere. It’s just a bit too tedious for me to work on without proper tools, so I may wait until those come out before doing much else.
