Thank you to everyone who submitted a name for the Kisatchie National Forest’s eaglet hatched on February 23. At the public’s request, we have named the parents Louis and Anna. Over 200 name suggestions for the baby were received from around the world, including Canada and Australia. It was hard to narrow the names down, but the top three names selected were Liberty, Kisatchie, and Stormy. Please vote for your favorite name through the survey link below.
