Animation based on the Irving Berlin classic. Dorothy has a grand adventure in Weatherland with her brother Peter and Scratcher the dog. Helped by Jack Frost and the bumbling odd job man, they have to outwit the dreaded thunder and lightening twins and the storm demons in their quest to meet the weather wizards.
