OMP Hobby M2 RC helicopter blows Tail rotor during flight

Today I am flying my OMP Hobby M2 Direct Drive 3D RC helicopter with Radiomaster TX16S opentx radio controller. During flight after a loop, helicopter blows its tail rotor in half.
