Changing Tag Link watch’s links

So I am changing links on a Tag Link watch. I tried looking it up on youtube, but there is nothing, so now there is. Oh yeah, and sorry about the weirdness of it, I impromptu did it at work cause I was so confused by it to begin with. The tools I use are about 3 teeth cleaning-looking implements that are apparently for mechanical work on cars.
