Amazing chemistry experiment! Fire under water!

Solid rocket fuel standard APCP mix, 3 gallon body of water (76 grams of propellant). The start temp was 22 degrees Celsius and the end temp was 32! About 1.5 Calories per gram! (not including the burning hydrogen). TNT is only .65 Calories per gram! Where as chocolate chip cookies are about 5 calories per gram (chocolate chip cookies don’t supply their own oxygen though)!
