The hardest job I ever had…

I sometimes find myself doing things that I not only don’t enjoy, but I’m also not good at. Growing up I always held the belief that if I’m not good at something, I should get better at it. To an extent this is necessary - being a generally well rounded human is important. But I’m starting to think that a better way to live is to focus on my strengths, instead of trying to fix all of my weaknesses. For example at my last company, making cold calls was clearly one of my weaknesses and I wasted hundreds of hours trying to make it work. If I took a step back and tried to find another way to grow our business (ie make video content), I can only imagine how much better the result would be. When it comes to life, business and happiness I’m definitely not an expert, so please take the above with a grain of salt. This is just a concept that has proven itself for me countless times in my life. The steak in this video was a flat iron, paired with fondant potato’s and a roasted chili chimichurri. I
