Aikido seminar Bruno Gonzalez, Cercle Tissier 1019 Part 2/6 🎥 Content of the Aikido video : 🔎 In this video we start with some dodges on chudan tsuki. The general idea is to fix the uke on one point, then step a side. More you are close to uke less he will try to modify his attack. So instead to use our arms first, we move the body then the arms follow the flow. 1️⃣ dodge : “Irimi enka” Expose your belly as long as you can before to rotate ( keeping a opening body) 📌 To experience the right timing feeling, let the attack touch your keikogi Exemple with : Naname irimi nage ✔️ 2️⃣ dodge : ”Ushiro feeling” Expose your ribs as long as you can before to move - You can use your arm to control the axis, but not in order to hit uke arm. - Or without using your arm. Exemples with Kote gaeshi / irimi nage / Naname irimi nage ✔️ 🔎 In these exercises, an important point is to not stop or disturb the uke attack at all.
