4th Avenue Anchorage Alaska Drink and Drugs

I was setting up some camera equipment to try out for when I would be recording the Iditarod a few days later. A guy comes up to me and starts talking gibberish. I couldn’t make out anything he said. Sadly there are a lot of people like this on the streets in Anchorage. Alaska is a beautiful place and its spoilt by the drink and the drugs that appears on the city streets.
