Merseyrails New Class 777 Trains

Merseytravel kindly invited me up to their Traction Maintenance Depot in Kirkdale, Liverpool to have a look at the new ’Triple 7’ trains which have been delivered by Stadler and are now under test, and should be rolled out to the network soon. The new units seems to have everything - walk through carriages, level boarding, modern colour displays, CCTV, flip up seats, accessible area, bike area, buggy area, charging points ... they might just be the best new trains being rolled out onto the network right now!
