Flight of the Bumble Bee

This is the opener for our concert in the 2010/11 season. We used to end our shows with this but have come across so much more material that this has been placed as a starting point. The codas: the idea is to not only duel, but to add themes by other Russian composers but still give a little to those who don’t recognize the pieces, hence, dueling banjo quote.
