“Women and children are dying“ says Palestinian man mourning relatives at Rafah hospital

Everything that is said is a lie, and the intention is to annihilate the Palestinian people.” Palestinians at the Najjar hospital in the city of Rafah, south of Gaza bid farewell to their relatives who were killed in Israeli air strikes. Mahmoud Jarghoun says women and children are the primary victims of Israeli attacks and that the killing of tens of thousands of Palestinians “is a plan drawn up in advance.” Israel launched deadly air strikes on Rafah on Thursday killing dozens of people. Rafah is a so-called ‘safe’ zone where around 1.4 million Palestinians have sought refuge.
