Russia says PYD Kurds could join Syria talks later

France’s foreign minister has said UN special envoy to Syria would not be inviting the Syrian PYD Kurds to the peace talks in , Russia said Syrian PYD Kurds may take part in a later stage of Syrian peace talks. The talks are scheduled for Friday, after having been delayed on Monday, over who will represent the opposition.
