Get ready for your abs to be on FIRE in this quick 5 minute ab workout. All you need is your body and some determination to finish. Anthony and I demonstrate an advanced version and beginner version with modifications so this workout is for EVERYONE and you can work up to the more advanced version. For best results do this workout 3-4 times a week, giving yourself a day for recovery between workouts. Let’s get into it!
