Padma Awards 2016: Rajinikanth, Priyanka Chopra conferred with top honours

One of the most prestigious honours in the country Padma Awards’ list of recipients was out sometime back where a number of luminaries were named for the biggest honour. President Pranab Mukherjee today conferred the highest awards to the recipients.
