***Please Wear Eye Protection*** In this video I show how I make mini chisels for cutting out paper parts by grinding down old worn craft blades. I initially made the chisels to cut out small squares/rectangles such as windows or hatches from paper parts, but have found them useful for cutting out small circular parts also.
