World Ballet Day 2023 - Teatro alla Scala

Anche quest’anno il nostro Corpo di Ballo partecipa al World Ballet Day, che festeggia il suo decimo anniversario. Entrate dentro le nostre sale prova, dove i coreografi che il direttore Manuel Legris ha coinvolto stanno lavorando sui titoli dell’inizio della nuova Stagione di Balletto: Alexei Ratmansky, per la sua nuova Coppélia che sta creando per gli artisti scaligeri e che inaugurerà la Stagione; e due delle tre firme che compongono il trittico in scena a febbraio: Garrett Smith, con Reveal nato per Houston Ballet e che verrà presentato dai nostri artisti in prima europea, e Simone Valastro, con Memento, nuova creazione per la Scala, in prima assoluta. • Also this year, our Ballet Company participates in the World Ballet Day, which is celebrating its tenth anniversary. Enter our rehearsal studios, where the choreographers that director Manuel Legris has involved are working on the first titles of the new Ballet Season: Alexei Ratmansky, for his new Coppélia that he is creating for La Scala artists and that will inaugurate the Season; and two of the three choreographers that work on the triptych on stage in February: Garrett Smith, with Reveal born for Houston Ballet and which will be presented by our dancers in European premiere, and Simone Valastro, with Memento, a new creation for La Scala, in world premiere.
