I pre-placed a frenzy rune where Nilsine Shatter-Shield was walking, and also reverse pickpocketed her parents in order for them to be able to soul trap her. Netch jelly negates fall damage, and consuming one after using Whirlwind Sprint will rag-doll the Dragonborn. Sun Flare is an ability that can be gained from the Sun Stone.
