Full title reads: “Kent. ’Honour to whom ...’ The Chief Scout, beloved Lord Baden-Powell, receives Freedom of ancient city of Canterbury.“ Canterbury, Kent. Chief Scout Lord Robert Baden-Powell is driven onto a field amongst a gathering of cheering boy scouts. BP is greeted by various dignitaries.
