Various shots at a special ceremony in Parramatta, the location of the Lancer Barracks. Built in 1820, they are the oldest military barracks in Australia. High shot, a detachment of Grenadier Guards marching up the street. King’s School cadets also take part in the ceremony. Various shots of the parade, including MS of former Governor, Sir John Northcott, an honorary colonel of the Lancer regiment looking at a drawing of Linden House, to be re-erected on the site which will become a War Memorial Museum.
