Frank L. Kaspar Chicago S-Curve Sound Comparison (vs Chedeville Clarinet Mouthpiece)

I think there’s a lot of potential in this design to sound more “Germanic“ while keeping the great French qualities that I’ve sought for so long. I need to get this refaced! But I think this might be the rare “dark“ sound that is NOT inefficient. I’ve loved studying the history of the Kaspars, and how the mouthpieces evolved from Goldbeck to the 1970’s. This piece certainly represents a crossroads.
