I Cooked Thanksgiving Turkey in 32 lb of Butter! I Did Not Expect This Result...

I put Turkey in simple brine overnight (salt, brown sugar, black peppercorns, bay leaves) 13 lb turkey 32 lb unsalted butter 7-8 shallots 1 lb peeled garlic Rosemary/Thyme Dan-O’s Spicy Seasoning (Available at Walmart) 1 cup chicken stock (for injections) Deep Fry time was 1 hour 15 minutes, until 155F inside. Rest time - 20 minutes. It was the best and juicy turkey I ever had. And I made garlic confit inside the turkey - best decision!
