Uaru Fernandezyepezi Spawning

Uaru Fernandezyepezi pair protecting eggs. After a lack water changes and a lack in variety of food the water changes were upped and plenty of live food and vegetables were fed. The result was a spawn. Sadly nothing came of the spawn as the eggs were eaten by the catfish also in the tank. The water changes were 60% and reduced the tank temperature by 5oC from 29oC to 24oC. pH5.7 and TDS 100ppm.
