Mushroom Miso Noodles - best enjoyed on a lake 🌊🍜🍄

mushroom miso noodles🍄🍜✨ A simple and delicious dinner that’s best enjoyed on a lake 😉 • 5 cloves garlic • 3 cups mushrooms ( I used cremini mushrooms but feel free to use any type of mushrooms you desire, shiitake would be perfect✨🍄👏🏻 ) • 4 brussel sprouts • 1 serving of noodles • 3 tbsp miso paste • 2 tbsp maple syrup • 2 tbsp rice vinegar • 2 tbsp water • 1-2 tbsp oil ( sesame oil prefered ) • mince garlic, slice mushrooms and brussel sprouts • heat pan on medium heat and boil water for noodles • once the pan is hot add oil, mushrooms and garlic. Sauté until mushrooms are golden. Throw in brussel sprouts and cover with a lid • cook noodles according to package and make sauce • once noodles are finished, strain and rinse then add the noodles and sauce to the pan.
