Anne Frank was a Jewish girl who had to go into hiding to escape from the Nazis. While she was in hiding she wrote a diary, which would later become world-famous. After Anne was discovered and arrested she couldn’t write anymore, so we don’t know what she felt, thought and experienced. But we do know a lot about this period, based on eyewitness accounts and documents.
