1996 September 29 - Shinji Nakano test Dome F105 @ Suzuka

As Dome as scheduled to made their Time Attack at Suzuka on September 30, they decide to run the F105 the previous day to check if everything was ok. Some 30 minutes after the Formula Nippon race in which he took part, Shinji Nakano jumped into the F105 in which he complete just 6 laps because it had become to dark to continue. The Time Attack on the 30th had to be cancelled due to heavy rain affected by the typhoon. Postponned on October 30 & 31, Naoki Hattori replace Shinji Nakano for the time attak as the latter was occupied testing for Ligier in Europe.
