I remember when I first moved in with my now husband, Joe, I was like “WTF...? How did he forget we had ice cream?! I’ve been obsessing over it!“ Like how anyone could forget that or eat it without feeling guilty or binge eating the whole thing was totally beyond me. Can you relate?!

If you’re in that place now I feel you. And I can say that you can change that and learn to eat normally- not all disordered like- too.

When I was working on this I was lost, frustrated, and confused. I started trying to eat with no food rules thinking I could just let myself “eat normally”. I mean, it’s eating…how hard can it be? Well, joke was on me because it’s REAL hard! 😣

I firmly believe that if I had known what I know now- what NOT to do (and why not!)- I would have found food freedom way fast and in a way less
