Exercise Workout for your Glutes and Lower Back
In this video, I will guide you through my exercise workout routine for my legs and buttocks. I will begin by using the step machine. This exercise will emphasize the area of the muscles of the buttocks called the “Gluteus Maximus“, or simply called the glutes. Next, I will continue with my “Glutes“ workout. I will use a V squat machine where I will do leg squats to workout my glutes as well as my quadriceps and hamstrings, but mainly this exercise works out and concentrates on the glutes.
For the next exercise, I will continue working out my legs and buttocks. I will do a step motion for each leg while holding a dumbbell. This stepping motion will isolate the glutes. I will do my next exercise that will isolate and workout my lower back muscles, as well as my glutes and hamstrings. By getting onto the incline bench, I will hold a weight in my hands and workout my lower back by concentrating on the erector spinae muscles.
Next, I will use the lying leg curl machine and workout my hamstring muscles in the back of my legs.
For the next exercise, I will use a roller. I will lie flat in the prone position with the roller underneath my quadricep muscle. I will do a rolling motion for each leg. This rolling motion will isolate and relax the glutes.
For the final part of my exercise regiment, I will do some cool down stretching exercises. I will do some yoga poses. I will do a “cobra“ pose. This will stretch my lower back. Next, I will do the “half frog“ pose. This will stretch out my hamstring muscles. Next, I will do a “thread the needle“ pose. This will stretch your shoulders and torso.
