I analyze the on going Western propaganda campaign ginned up to blame Russia for the bombing of the Children’s Hospital in Kiev. This was clearly the result of an errant Ukrainian missile, but the West did not miss a beat in trying to blame Moscow. I then explain how the CIA is organized to carry out such missions.
