Victoria Sponge Cake in the KYVOL AF600 Air Fryer Servings: 8 Ingredients: 12 ounces self rising flour 12 ounces sugar 12 ounces unsalted butter, room temperature 6 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup strawberry jam ½ cup caster/superfine granulated sugar Directions: Step 1 In a food processor add the flour, sugar, butter and eggs. Pulse 4-5 times until the mix is combined and there are no lumps. Step 2 Line 2 six inch cake tins with baking parchment and spray with vegetable oil (base and sides) Step 3 Divide the batter between the two cake tins. Step 4 Preheat the Kyvol air fryer on its preheat setting 400 degrees F for 5 minutes Step 5 Bake one of the sponges for 30 minutes. Remove to a cooling wire and bake the second cake. Step 6 Spread jam over the top of one of the sponges. Place the second sponge on top and sprinkle with the castor sugar. Visit my website;
