Should Athletes ONLY Drink Water? | Water vs Gatorade
Today I discuss if athletes should only drink water or if they should be getting something else in the daily routine in combination with water. As an athlete is it better to only get in water, or is it going to be a better idea to get something like Gatorade in as well as water. Hydration for athletes is very important so we need to get the proper hydration in on a daily.
