O REX GENTIUM: O Antiphon and Magnificat (6/7)

Here you can find a beautiful meditation on the antiphon “ O Rex Gentium“: Latin: O Rex Gentium, et desideratus earum, lapisque angularis, qui facis utraque unum: veni, et salva hominem, quem de limo formasti. From 17 to 23 December, the Liturgy sings the beautiful “O Antiphons“ of the Magnificat. Each of them begins with one of the titles with which the Old Testament invokes the longed-for Messiah, and ends with the acclamation “Veni“ (Come).
