RECIPE 👩🏽‍🍳 INGREDIENTS * Lamb Shoulder -2kg * Fresh Rosemary Sprigs * Whole bulb of Garlic cut in half (plus a few extra garlic cloves sliced to stuff inside lamb * 1 onion * 2 tbsp Olive oil * 1 1/2-2 tsp salt * 1/12 -2 tsp ground black pepper * 1 cup beef broth, can be substituted for 1 cup water INSTRUCTIONS 1.
